Legislative Regulatory CommitteeOur industry is constantly challenged or supported by what happens at the state level. This committee monitors what bills are being presented in the legislature that may have any transportation related issues affecting our operations. We are committed to work with our state representatives to promote safe and efficient services and each year we are prominent players in their decision making by making our members voices heard. The committee is very active August through April. This committee works closely with the Colorado Department of Education and the Colorado State Patrol Motor Carrier Division, and the Commercial Drivers License compliance department regarding DOT rules and regulations, it's interpretations and impact to school districts.
